Vinegar. The vinegarsold in stores is a well imitated in taste and smell chemical mixture of harmful and toxic chemicals that cause chronic poisoning of the body and mostly cause severe allergic reactions. If you are not ready to completely replace it with the use of lime or lemon, then in cookbooks there are many recipes for homemade vinegar which you alone can easily prepare. Fermentation of wine vinegar ends for three months thereafter you will get a real product. The time worth to wait to make pickles with real flavour.

Stores sell also falsification of balsamic vinegar at a price 2,5 to 5 Euro for 250 ml. This is not only fraud but also an insult to the intellect. Any inquisitive person is aware that balsamic vinegar is among the most expensive food products in the world for the duration of its preparation takes 15-20 years and the price of 1 milliliter is 1 Euro i.e. a pack of 100 ml will cost about 100 Euro!
