PSORIASIS

Psoriasis and allergies are caused by a weak immune system as the primary mediator of the inflammatory response is the neurotransmitter histamine. This reaction is manifested as dermatitis and inflammation of the mucous membranes of the nose, oral cavity and the conjunctiva of the eyes. Adrenaline stops the release of histamine and beta blockers help its powerful release. To prevent allergies and psoriasis start moving (secretion of adrenaline) thus you will keep your heart healthy. Foods containing potassium are histamine liberators - orange juice, banana, apricot and salt is the best natural antihistamine drug.

Here is my story. I had psoriasis, but it is behind me now. Typical symptoms are vitiligo, fungus on the toes, red, scaly and dry sore lesions at knuckles of the fingers (metacarpophalangeal joints) a condition that is exacerbated by cold weather and washing with cold water yet stains on hands and patches on the elbows. Psoriasis is anything else but hyper dehydration (due to insufficient intake of water - pure water and water only) which leads to a serious lack of vitamins because fat-soluble vitamins - A, D, E, K are derived from fatty acids and they are absorbed in the duodenum and especially in jejunum (part of the small intestine) only if their mucous membranes are well hydrated because lipolysis (the process of decomposition of fatty acids) is carried out by lipases (enzymes decomposing fatty acids by hydrolysis) only in the presence of water which activates them. When lipolysis is not performed the daily intake of amino acids and their balance in the body is disrupted and as we know the body is not stockpiling amino acids. The lack of absorption of the amino acids results in an inability to be synthesized human proteins in our cells. Therefore, the lack of vitamins results in a weakened immune system and proteolysis - decomposition of body's own tissues, in this case their proteins and DNA, to provide them for other locations where the amino acids of these proteins are needed. Change radically two things in your life - the amount of water accepted per day and your diet. I suffered two years of psoriasis but lived and ate thirty eight years in unreasonable manner as I was drinking very small amounts of water. I started to live in a completely different way and now I have no psoriasis, high blood pressure, high pulse rate - my pulse is 60-70 beats/min. I enjoy normally operating stomach and intestines, this put the end of heartburn and muscle cramps, already three years I do to have renal crisis but I lost 28 kg. and drink 3-4 liters of water a day, but first of all I quit smoking. The external application of any ointment for psoriasis is ridiculous because a compromised immune system cannot be fixed with the use of ointments. More about the shortage of vitamins in the body and their relationship with autoimmune diseases (such as psoriasis) I described in the theme - "Vitamin deficiency." In the remaining chapters of the book I describe what I eat, how much I move, how much water I accept, what vitamins are needed for healthy living and how to obtain them. After implementation of this complex of measures you will stay healthy and never have psoriasis!

This is the place to mention about the red vegetables but not all and only those that contain alkaloids and alkaloids contribute to the development of psoriasis and particularly to its variation - psoriatic arthritis. The direction is from psoriasis to arthritis. Many doctors generally have no idea about this and say that it is the opposite i.e. arthritis to psoriasis. In this group of vegetables called "Night Shades" (because these are vegetables that grow in the night) are included sweet potatoes, green and red peppers, tomatoes and eggplants). Alkaloids are cleared within 7 to 14 days from the body so it is never too late to stop consuming them. Let me just clarify that it is possible your body to be resistant to the influence of these "Night Shades" because not all people are born with the genetic dependence described above. If psoriasis is accompanied by arthritic pain only then it is necessary to avoid this group of alkaloid containing vegetables.
