Dinner. Create yourself the habit to dinner with a salad not later than 20:00 o'clock. The body is acidic (acidosis) mostly at night time while you sleep and therefore the evening salad is a wonderful way to balance the acid-alkaline equilibrium in the body.

- green salad with egg, carrot, green onion, cucumber, green or
red pepper seasoned with lime, sunflower oil, salt
- bean salad
- potato salad with onion
- cabbage and carrots
- grated radish with garlic
- grated beetroot with lemon
