Arthritis

Arthritis. About arthritis has been written much but less information there is for a group of vegetables that they call it "nightshades" or said in other words - vegetables growing at night. This group includes many of them but the four most used in the daily diet are: eggplant, tomatoes, peppers (red and green) and sweet potato. The connection of arthritis with these vegetables is that in some people they cause it through the specific substances contained therein namely alkaloids. They are crucial for the plant itself because serve as protection against pests but these proved to be toxic for sensitive to alkaloids people. If you suffer from rheumatoid or some other type of arthritis stop consuming vegetables from this group and notice if you can find an improvement in your health condition. From experience I can say that cleansing the body of alkaloids and the fading of joint-rheumatic pains takes at least two weeks.
