The basic principle of eating that you should follow and remember to stay healthy is as follows: Eat as much as possible unprocessed food including daily variety of vegetables and fruits, use some bread and mostly whole wheat with a piece of cheese and sometimes a little slice of lard, compulsory on every meal should be present yoghurt (produced with lactobacillus bulgaricus only), an onion or a garlic and do not ever drink water at least 15 minutes before eating, while having a meal and at least two hours afterwards. Use meat in your diet once in each 3-4 days and soup of beans, lentils or peas should be weekly meals on your table. Have breakfast with nuts porridge, dinner just a salad with an egg on top.Recommended food
