Colds and flu

Colds and flu. Colds and flu are common state for people with impaired immune system especially during the winter season but also during the summer months. Most commonly doctors will prescribe antibiotic treatment for 5 to 7 days. However they themselves will never give to their children antibiotics because they know these are extremely harmful to the intestinal microflora and destroy it - kill beneficial microorganisms. What do doctors do to heal themselves and their family from the colds and flu? They put on a lot of clothes or cover up with many blankets and increase the temperature in the room in which they are treated. The aim is to sweat profusely. When sweating is increased the internal temperature of the body but because of the low threshold of temperature resistance of the viruses which is around 39 degrees Celsius within hours they die and cold disappears.

Note that any increase in body temperature is accompanied with an increase in heart rate as for each degree of increase of the body the rise in pulse will be 10 beats per minute higher i.e. it would be normal if a person having a regular pulse at rest equal to 80 the same at a temperature of 38 degrees to reach at least 100 beats/minute.

If signs of forthcoming cold are present take as a preventive measure one pill of Paracetamol every six hours and Vitamin C - 3 x 2 tablets of 100 mg for 3-4 days. If the cold is not severe, but the intake of Paracetamol and Vitamin C did not help to cure the state of cold for more than 5 days pursuant to the specified prescription then you should seek medical help. Skimpy clothing in cold weather in women leads to catching cold of the ovaries. Catching cold of ovaries leads to infertility.
