Beans, Lentils, Peas (without Soy)

Beans, Lentils, Peas. Beans (broad bean), lentils and peas are of one family. They are extremely useful foods with high protein content. Bean, lentil and pea soup are highly alkalizing meals. Eat them always with a slice or two of bread. This is necessary because the amino acid composition of beans and lentils from one side and whole grain bread from the other side complement each other in a unique way thus fully achieving utilization of these protein precursors. Bean soup is cheap and affordable food but it forms abdominal gases and therefore it is imperative to boil the first water (as it is called "farting water") for 10-15 minutes and throw it away. Thus you remove part of the protein content which irritates the stomach. Lentils contains the precious vitamin B17, the biochemistry of which I've explained in chapter "Diseases, Drugs and Treatment." Why no soy? For many years soy is 100% genetically modified food thanks to companies like Monsanto, BSF, DuPont, Cargill, BSF, DuPont, Cargill which are greedy for immense profits and conduct the policy of Bilderberg group for the control (diminishing) of world population by poisoning it with GMO products.
