1. Broccoli - 4 heads (about 1.5kg) 2. Cow butter - 60 grams 3. White flour - 2 tablespoons 4. Fresh pasteurized milk - 600 ml. 5. Eggs - 2 eggs 6. White cow’s cheese - 200 grams 7. Salt to taste 8. Yellow cheese - 100 grams |
METHOD OF PREPARATION

The broccoli is boiled, drained out of the water, slated and placed in two layers in a tray, with the crushed cheese in the middle (as separate layer). Melt the butter, put the flour and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the fresh milk gradually with vigorous stirring to avoid lumps. Once the sauce has thickened it is removed from the fire, but the stirring continues until it cools. Add two well-beaten eggs, add salt and optionally put the grated yellow cheese. Broccoli is poured with this sauce and baked for about 30 minutes at 200°C. |
