1. Chicken fillet - 1.2 kg. 2. Rise - 2 tea cups 3. Dry onion - 1 head 4. Carrots - 2 pcs 5. Green or red peppers - 3 pcs. 6. Tomatoes (fresh or canned) - 4 pcs 7. Sunflower oil - 4-5 tablespoons 8. Ground red pepper - 1 teaspoon 9. Mint - 2 tablespoons 10. Salt to taste |
METHOD OF PREPARATION

Chicken fillet is cut into cubes and stewed in the oil for 2-3 minutes until it turns white. Remove it and into the same container put the chopped onion, carrots and peppers. Once softened and water is evaporated, sprinkle with the ground red pepper, then add the finely chopped tomato and all vegetables are stewed for 5 minutes. Rice is washed and poured into a greased baking tray. Add to it the vegetables, the mint and the salt, mix well and spread in the tray. Place the fillet on top and pour in 1,5 liters of water. Bake in preheated oven at 200OC for 40 min. until the rice absorbs the water. |
