1. Zucchini - 1 kg 2. Rise - 2 tea cups 3. Sunflower oil - 5-6 tablespoons 4. Bulgarian yogurt (2% fat) - 1 tea cup 5. Eggs - 1 egg 6. Dill - 1 bunch 7. Ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon 8. Salt to taste |
METHOD OF PREPARATION

The zucchini are cut into large cubes, placed in a greased baking tray, salted, poured over with the oil and stirred well. Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated to 200°C oven. Then add the rice, dill, ground black pepper, salt and 1,5 ltrs of water. The dish is baked for another 30 minutes while the rice absorbs the water and is poured over with a mixture made from the beaten egg and the yoghurt. Bake for another 30 min. |
