1. Eggs - 4 eggs 2. Sugar - 2 tea cups 3. Bulgarian yogurt - 1 cup 4. Sodium bicarbonate - 1/2 teaspoon 5. White flour - 3 tea cups 6. Cocoa - 3 tablespoons 7. Baking powder - 1 packet 8. Vanilla - 2 packets 9. Hazelnuts - 1 tea cup 10. Cow butter - 1 packet (125 grams) 11. Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons |
METHOD OF PREPARATION

Eggs are beaten and mixed with the sugar to obtain a white thick paste. Add the melted and cooled butter. The soda is mixed with the yoghurt and after foaming it is also added to the egg mixture. The flour, cocoa, vanilla and baking powder are mixed, sieved and added gradually with continuous stirring. Finally add the hazelnuts, which are pre-baked in a dry pan and finely ground. Dough is poured into a suitable tray, greased and sprinkled with flour or panelled with baking paper, and bake in a preheated to 160°C oven for 40-50 minutes. |
