METHOD OF PREPARATION

The butter and sugar are beaten into a cream. Add gradually the beaten to snow egg whites, flour and vanilla. Of the prepared dough are moulded thin and oblong cookies on a tray covered with baking paper. Cookies are baked in a preheated to 200°C oven until their ends become dark brown. |
