METHOD OF PREPARATION

The chicken is washed, cut in portions and boiled with the finely chopped onion. The cleaned and washed rice is mixed with the spices, oil and salt and spread into a greased baking tray. Place the chicken on top and pour 6 tea cups of the broth in which it is boiled. The dish is baked in a preheated to 180OC degrees oven for 1 hour. |
