1. Pasta of your choice - 500 gr.(1 packet) 2. Minced meat - 500 grams 3. Tomato paste - 800 ml. 4. Dry onion - 1 head 5. Garlic - 3-4 cloves 6. Sunflower oil - 7-8 tablespoons 7. Dry oregano - 1 teaspoon 8. Dry basil - 1 teaspoon 9. Ground red pepper - 1 teaspoon 10. Sugar - 2 tablespoons 11. Salt - 1.5 tablespoon 12. Grated yellow cheese |
METHOD OF PREPARATION

Cut the onion and stew with 3 tbsp. of oil until softening. Add the minced meat and fry until it turns into crumbs. Sprinkle with the ground red pepper, pour on top the tomato paste and put crushed cloves of garlic. Boil on moderate heat for about 15-20 minutes. Salt with 2 teaspoons, add sugar and dry seasonings and remove from fire. The paste is boiled for 10 min. in water to which are added the remaining oil and salt. After boiling, drain from the water and spread into plates, pour over the tomato sauce and sprinkle the grated yellow cheese on top. |
