METHOD OF PREPARATION

Oils and spices are mixed well. Chops are hammered gently and marinated with the resulting mixture for at least 30 min. and then baked in a dry hot pan for 1 min. on each side. Arrange in a tray and bake at 220°C for 20 minutes. |
