1. Green beans - 1 kg. 2. Potatoes - 0,5 kg. 3. Dry onion - 1 head 4. Carrots - 2 pcs 5. Tomatoes (fresh or canned) - 3 pcs 6. Ground red pepper - 1 teaspoon 7. Sunflower oil - 4 tablespoons 8. White flour - 2 tablespoons 9. Dill - 1 bunch 10. Garlic (optional) - 2-3 cloves 11. Salt to taste |
METHOD OF PREPARATION

Cut the onion and carrots and stew them in the oil for 5 minutes. Add the red pepper and then the finely chopped tomatoes. Stew for ten minutes, then put the cleaned and washed green beans. Pour water and boil until it begins to soften. Add the diced potatoes and boil for another 20 minutes. The flour is dissolved in a 1/2 tea cup of cold water and added to the meal after the potatoes are boiled to thicken slightly. Season with finely chopped dill, crushed garlic (optional) and salt to taste. |
