METHOD OF PREPARATION

Finely cut the onion and carrots and stew them in the oil for 5-10 minutes. Add the potatoes, flood them with 1 liter of water and boil for about 15 minutes, then add the chopped broccoli and boil for another 15 minutes. Once the vegetables are well boiled, they are pasted and the resulting cream soup is diluted with the fresh milk, salted and seasoned with the crushed garlic mixed with the lemon juice. |
