DAILY REGIMEN "GOLD STANDARD"

Golden rules for health. Weight gaining is impossible in compliance thereto. Practiced every day for the last 5 years by the author of the book "My Health Legacy"

Morning

Play gymnastics after sleep as indicated in paragraph "Exercises without weights". Rinsing the mouth and throat gargle with hydrogen peroxide 3% (solution - 1 to 3 drops of H2O2 in 250 ml of water) for 10 seconds. Drink 1 liter of water (for 15 - 20 minutes) meanwhile seated roll small rubber balls with your feet exercising the thighs for better movement of the blood throughout the body. Have breakfast 15 to 30 minutes after drinking the water. Breakfast is porridge. The composition and method for its preparation see at chapter "Home cooking recipes of My Health Legacy" During meal drink 1 ampoule of vitamin C 200 mg/2 ml. Do not drink water or other liquids in the next 2 hours.

Lunch

Drink 0.5 liters of water before lunch. Have lunch 15 to 30 minutes after drinking the water. Menu chosen from "Home cooking recipes of My Health Legacy". Here the principle is meat dishes to be consumed at every third day at the earliest. Each week have bean or lentil soup. Compulsorily eat a few flakes of dry onion. Consumption of 250 g of yogurt 2% fat is a must. One or two slices of rye bread. Intake of vitamins B12 and B-complex as specified in paragraph "Vitamin deficiency". Do not drink water or other liquids in the next 2 hours. 1 hour after having meal walk at least 5555 steps (about 3 km).

Late afternoon meal

At 17:00 hours. Drink 0.5 liters of water before this meal. Have breakfast 15 to 30 minutes after drinking the water. 3 days of the week on an empty stomach before breakfast take 5 - 10 bitter apricot kernels (Vitamin B17). If you have not received such until now start with 1 - 2 nuts per day in the first week then increase the amount every week with 1 - 2 nuts per day until reaching 5 - 10 nuts a day. Then eat a large or two small apples and another optional fruit according to the season. Dessert chosen from "Home cooking recipes of My Health Legacy". Do not drink water or other liquids in the next 2 hours.

Dinner

Drink 1 liter of water (for 15 - 20 minutes) before dinner. Dinner approximately at 20:00 hours. Includes salad chosen from "Home cooking recipes of My Health Legacy" according to the season. To salad to be added a piece of cow or goat cheese, a few olives and 1 boiled egg (every Tuesday and Friday). Consumption of 250 g of yogurt 2% fat is a must. For dessert eat one or two slices of baked pumpkin. Sleep from 22:00 to 6:00 hours.

Remarks:

The water intake could be distributed in various quantities at noon and evening time but as a whole strive to reach the amounts indicated in paragraph "How much water should you drink?" and apply the manner of acceptance stated in paragraph "When should you drink water?". Walking can be reconciled with the daily routine by walking from home to workplace and back. Food to be chewed well before being swallowed. Do not overeat and leave the table slightly hungry. The amount is just as important as the quality of the food. Vitamin C and B12 cannot be taken together because of the incompatibility of these vitamins. After each meal do clean your teeth firstly with dental floss then with a toothbrush and toothpaste and finally rinse the oral cavity with a solution of sodium bicarbonate. Rinse with a decoction of Cotinus in need of tightening bleeding gums. Boil new decoction every day. Do the calf exercises several times a day. See how in paragraph "Varicose veins". The porridge for breakfast can sometimes be replaced with home made banitza and 250 grams of yoghurt. What "banitza" is see at "Home cooking recipes of My Health Legacy". To the apple at the late afternoon meal can be added from time to time also homey dessert. Use pure hydrogen peroxide and never that of pharmacies where there are stabilizers as phenacetin which are cancerogenic. Pharmaceutical hydrogen peroxide can be used for external use only.
