FASTING

Fasting does not bring anything good for the body. In its practicing are accumulated ketones and other toxic substances and objectives are not achieved. The result of fasting could be damaged stomach, anorexia and even death. Many women reach for weight loss pills, even a neighbour of mine 20 years ago died of such pills only because she was big-boned and could not come to terms with herself and nature. Similar struggle is always on psychological level and there it should be sought. For perfect figure is need proper nutrition and exercise not starvation. When you starve your body immediately goes into "safe mode" and every calorie you take with the food remains in you. So instead of losing weight - you gain it. After the end of the diet the pounds return even with an addition as a boomerang. Your diet should be your lifestyle not a temporary change in your eating habits. Only then could be achieve results related to weight loss.

Another danger of fasting is hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar). This condition can also put your life in great danger because it leads to dizziness, severe fatigue and seizures. Have breakfast regularly to avoid low sugar level in your body.
