1. Mineral water – 4 tea cups 2. Sugar - 2 tea cups 3. Semolina - 2 tea cups 4. Cow butter - 30 grams 5. Cinnamon or jam |
METHOD OF PREPARATION

Water and sugar are boiled for 10 minutes, add the butter and the syrup is removed from the heat. The semolina is poured into a thin trickle in vigorous stirring to avoid formation of lumps. Once it has thickened it is spread in a tray, flattened and allowed to cool. Finally sprinkle with cinnamon or garnish with homemade jam. |
