METHOD OF PREPARATION

The beans are washed, poured with water, the baking soda is added and boiled for 15-20 minutes, then the water is drained, discarded and new pure water of about 1.5 liters is added. Add the onion, chopped to large pieces and boil until the beans soften. Spinach is washed, cut and stew with 2-3 tablespoons of oil for 10 - 15 min. Mix in a tray with the boiled beans, add the remaining oil, ground red pepper, mint and salt. Bake 30 minutes at 200OC. Although the dish is not very attractive to the eye, it is very tasty and useful. |
