1. Eggs - 8 eggs 2. Leek - 1 pce 3. Sunflower oil - 3-4 tablespoons 4. White cow’s cheese - 100 grams 5. Seasoning mix - 1 teaspoon 6. Cauliflower - 1/2 head 7. Cow butter - 40 grams 8. Salt |
METHOD OF PREPARATION

The leek is cleaned, cut in finely and stew in the oil until it softens. Add the beaten eggs and cook the dish for another 5 min. stirring continuously so as not to burn. Then remove from heat and add the crumbled cheese and the seasoning mix. The cauliflower is washed, chopped and steamed for 10 minutes. Before presenting add salt and pour on top the melted butter. Place the eggs in 4 plates and garnish with the flavoured cauliflower. |
