METHOD OF PREPARATION

The mushrooms are cleaned and washed, the stems are separated and the tops are placed in a tray with the opening up. Add salt, sprinkle the ground black pepper and in each sponge put a small piece of the butter and a piece of the yellow cheese on top. Bake in 180OC for 20 min. until the yellow cheese is browned. |
