Recipe for Mushroom Porridge with pictures

Mushroom Porridge

PRODUCTS

1. Mushrooms - about 1 kg.
2. Dry onion - 1 head
3. White flour - 8 tablespoons
4. Ground red pepper - 1 teaspoon
5. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
6. Curry - 1/2 teaspoon
7. Sunflower oil - 4-5 tablespoons
8. Salt to taste

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ

The onion is cut in large pieces and stew in the fat until it softens. Sprinkle with the ground red pepper, add the chopped in large cubes mushrooms and pour 1.5 liters of water. Boil about 30 minutes until the mushrooms are cooked. Dissolve the flour in 0,5 liters of cold water and add to the porridge which is then boiled for another 2-3 minutes until it thickens. Remove from heat, add salt and season with the ground black pepper and curry powder.
