1. Fresh spinach - 1 kg. 2. Dry onion - 1 head 3. Rise - 1/2 tea cup 4. Sunflower oil - 50 ml. 5. Ground red pepper - 1 teaspoon 6. Bulgarian yogurt (2% fat) - 1 tea cup 7. Eggs - 1 egg 8. Dried mint - 2-3 tablespoons 9. Salt to taste |
METHOD OF PREPARATION

Cut the onion finely and stew in half of the oil until it softens. Put the ground red pepper, fry slightly and pour 1/2 liter of water. Add the washed and chopped spinach and stew for about 20 minutes. Once softened add 2 ltrs of water waiting for it to boil then add the rice and boil for another 20 min. Season with the mint and add the beaten egg and yogurt. Add salt and remove from heat. |
