METHOD OF PREPARATION

The broccoli is washed under a strong jet of water, cut into smaller pieces and placed on a stainless steel steam in a saucepan with mineral water on the bottom. The water is so poured that it may only be aligned with the horizontal base of the steamer and then the lid of the saucepan is placed on it. After the water is boiled, steaming lasts 10-15 minutes and with the fork you must test whether the broccoli is sufficiently softened. |
