METHOD OF PREPARATION

The egg whites should stay in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Take them out several hours before being used. Walnuts are finely crushed and mixed with half of the sugar. The egg whites are beaten into a water bath with the other half of the sugar. Add the walnuts and mix carefully to obtain a homogeneous mixture. They are injected into a tray covered with baking paper. Bake at 160°C for about 20 minutes. |
