1. Eggs - 3 eggs 2. Cottage cheese or cream cheese - 250 grams 3. Cow butter – about 30 grams 4. Bulgarian yogurt - 2-3 tablespoons 5. Sodium bicarbonate - 1 level teaspoon 6. Sugar – 1 and 1/2 tea cup 7. Vanilla - 2 packets 8. White flour - about 1/2 kg |
METHOD OF PREPARATION

Eggs are beaten with half the sugar, the cream cheese with the other half. The two mixtures are combined and the yogurt is added with the soda, melted butter, vanilla and flour. Prepare soft dough which may be even slightly sticky. Balls are formed from it which are arranged in an oiled or panelled with baking paper tray. Sprinkle with sugar and bake in an oven preheated to 220OC for 12 minutes until becoming slightly pink. |
