Recipe for Chicken soup with pictures

CHICKEN SOUP

PRODUCTS

1. Chicken meat - 200-300 grams
2. Dry onion - 1 head
3. Potatoes – 4-5 pcs
4. Carrots - 3 pcs
5. Vermicelli - 5 tablespoons
6. Bulgarian yogurt (2% fat) - 1 tea cup
7. Eggs - 1 egg
8. Parsley - 1 bundle
9. Sunflower oil - 5 tablespoons
10. Salt and ground black pepper to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Chicken meat is boiled together with the chopped onion and the oil, then it should be boned and cut into small pieces. Return it back to the broth along with the sliced potatoes and carrots. After the vegetables are boiled the vermicelli is added. Boil about 10 min. then turns off the stove and to the soup should be added the beaten egg and the yogurt. Salt, sprinkle with fresh finely chopped parsley and optionally with ground black pepper.
