Recipe for Meringue Cookies with pictures

MERINGUE COOKIES

PRODUCTS

1. Egg whites - 3 pcs
2. Powdered sugar - 1 tea cup
3. Vanilla - 2 packets
4. Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon

METHOD OF PREPARATION

The egg whites should stay at room temperature for several hours. In a suitable container boil some water, remove from heat and in it put the bowl with the egg whites and the lemon juice. Beat them into a water bath until they turn to a thick foam, then gradually add powdered sugar mixed with vanilla. Beating continues until hard snow is produced. They are injected into a tray covered with baking paper. Bake in a preheated to 110°C oven for 1,5 hours.
