Recipe for Rice pudding with pictures

RICE PUDDING

PRODUCTS

1. Fresh pasteurized milk - 1 ltr.
2. Rise - 1/2 tea cup
3. Sugar - 1/2 tea cup
4. Mineral water – 1 tea cup
5. Cow butter - 40 grams
6. Vanilla - 1 packet
7. Cinnamon - 2-3 pinches

METHOD OF PREPARATION

The cleaned and washed rice is poured over with water and boiled until it swells, then add the fresh milk and boil at low heat until it thickens (about 40 minutes), stirring occasionally. Add the sugar and vanilla, allow to boil again, add the cow butter, stir until melted and removed from the heat. Dessert is distributed in suitable bowls and optionally before presentation sprinkled with cinnamon.
