1. Plain biscuits - 3 packages x 220 grams 2. Fresh pasteurized milk - 1 ltr 3. Sugar - 1 tea cup 4. Starch vanilla - 2 pcs х 60 grams 5. Roasted pumpkin puree - 400 grams 6. Cow butter - 40 grams |
METHOD OF PREPARATION

The fresh milk and sugar are boiled and the starch is added dissolved in 200 ml of water or milk. Stir up vigorously to avoid formation of lumps and after thickening remove from the heat. Add the cow butter and pumpkin. Biscuits are dipped in water for a second, arranged on the bottom of a suitable tray and covered with a portion of the cream. Arrange one more row of biscuits, then a row of cream and so on until the biscuits and cream finish. Finally, the cake is sprinkled with ground walnuts and left to stay for several hours to soften the biscuits. |
