Recipe for Cheesecake with pictures

CHEESECAKE

PRODUCTS

1. Plain biscuits - 200 grams
2. Cow butter - 150 grams
3. Cream cheese - 750 grams
4. Sugar - 1 tea cup
5. Eggs - 6 eggs
6. Vanilla - 1 pce
7. Jam to taste - 350 grams

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Biscuits are ground to fine crumbs, mixed with the softened cow butter until a homogeneous mixture is achieved and spread evenly to the bottom of a springform pan. The cream cheese is mixed thoroughly with the sugar, flavoured with vanilla and the beaten eggs are added. Everything is mixed well to obtain a homogeneous mixture and poured into the springform over the biscuit base. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 150°C until the crust on top becomes red. The oven is then turned off and the cheesecake is left to cool without opening the oven door to keep it from volume reduction. Once it has completely cooled down, the ring of the springform is carefully removed and on top is generously and evenly spread the selected jam.
