METHOD OF PREPARATION

Eggs are beaten and mixed with the sugar, add one packet of (pre-melted) butter, honey, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and the flour mixed with the sodium bicarbonate. From the dough the cookies are injected at some distance from one other into a greased baking tray or tray covered with baking paper and then are baked in a preheated to 200°C oven for about 10 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool and make them in sandwiches with a cream in the middle made from the second packet of cow butter (slightly softened), the powdered sugar, ground walnuts, fresh milk and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Optionally you can dip them in melted chocolate. |
