1. Cow butter - 250 grams 2. Eggs - 2 eggs 3. Sugar - 2 coffee cups 4. White flour – about 3 tea cups 5. Baking powder - 1 sachet 6. Ground walnuts - 2 tea cups 7. Powdered sugar for sprinkling |
METHOD OF PREPARATION

Softened butter is mixed down with sugar and egg yolks, then the sifted flour is added with the baking powder. Balls are formed from the dough, immersed in the beaten egg whites, and then rolled into the ground walnuts. Bake in a preheated to 200°C oven for 10-15 minutes. Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar. |
