Diarrhea. In diarrhea you can consume or combine the following foods and beverages:
- toasted slices of bread (do not spread on them anything) and white cheese soaked in water beforehand
- mint tea (very efficient)
- pomegranate peel tea (very efficient)
- pomegranate juice
- cornel juice
- consumption of fresh cornels
- olives
- cracker sticks
- plain biscuits
- rise
The idea is to take firming and acidic agents and those that are particularly hygroscopic (water absorbing). Do not take fatty foods - oil, lard, bacon, sausages.
During prolonged diarrhea:
Dissolve Enterol powder, vinegar and salt in a glass of 250 ml and drink these together with 3 pills of vitamin C of 100 mg.
The activated charcoal is a serious tool for provoking constipation effect and helps in diarrhea - see package insert for its specific use and dosage.
Diarrhea lowers your pH and causes dehydration so you should compensate with water intake. In vomiting happens the reverse thing i.e. it increases the pH of the body.
